What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of the UK&I HSE strategy and sustainability agenda.
• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and influence behavioural change at all levels.
• Oversee accident reporting, investigations, and insurance claims.
• Lead HSE audits, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement across sites.
• Partner with HR on incident management and develop HSE training materials for line management.

Requirements

• Chartered IOSH membership and NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HSE leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proven experience in sustainability reporting and environmental initiatives.
• Ability to influence at the executive level and manage competing priorities.
• Manufacturing sector experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• NEBOSH Environmental qualification.
• Degree in a relevant field.
