hirify.global is a startup building a workforce and workflow intelligence platform designed to help teams understand and improve how work gets done.

What you will do

  • Define product direction, roadmap, and prioritization while balancing customer value and technical constraints.
  • Translate ambiguous goals into clear problem scopes and shippable solutions.
  • Drive planning and execution with engineering, managing dependencies to keep delivery on track.
  • Write detailed product specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage end-to-end release planning, testing, rollouts, and post-launch iteration.
  • Engage directly with customers through discovery, validation, and onboarding to inform product changes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with significant time in early-stage startups.
  • Proven ability to ship products in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments.
  • Hands-on approach to execution, including testing and reviewing builds directly with engineers.
  • Strong technical judgment and the ability to build trust with engineering teams.
  • Bias toward action and momentum.

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or workflow products.
  • Technical background or deep technical fluency.
  • Experience owning integrations or partner-facing product features.
