Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

What you will do

• Own product direction, roadmap, prioritization, and outcomes across customer value, delivery speed, and technical constraints.
• Turn ambiguous goals into clear problems, product scopes, specifications, workflows, acceptance criteria, and shipped solutions.
• Drive planning, sequencing, release preparation, testing, rollouts, and post-launch learning with engineering.
• Review builds, test product flows, make fast decisions, and iterate directly with engineers.
• Conduct customer discovery, validation, onboarding, and support while translating feedback into product priorities.
• Establish lightweight roadmap, prioritization, execution, and documentation systems that support product scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including experience in a very early-stage startup.
• Proven ability to ship products in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments and personally own execution details.
• Strong technical and product judgment with the ability to work closely with engineers.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, data, analytics, workflow, or platform products.
• Bias toward action, clarity, and momentum.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada or the United States.

Nice to have

• Former founder, founding product manager, or first/early product hire experience.
• Technical background or deep technical fluency.
• Experience owning integrations or partner-facing features.
