Product Manager (SaaS): Driving the strategy and execution of the Service Referral Management (SRM) module to reinvent social services and federal reimbursement workflows with an accent on multi-stakeholder coordination and scalability. Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (in-person Mondays and Thursdays)
Salary: $160,000 – $270,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the SRM product.
- Translate the needs of caseworkers, agency leadership, and private providers into a clear quarterly roadmap.
- Drive core metrics including services referred/completed, FFPSA reimbursement claimed, and social worker time saved.
- Identify and implement AI-driven transformations for prevention workflows.
- Conduct deep user research by shadowing stakeholders to inform product updates.
- Ensure platform configurability to match various state eligibility criteria and provider networks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in high-growth B2B or enterprise SaaS.
- Track record of scaling products from early-stage to category-defining.
- Experience with multi-sided platforms and managing complex stakeholder dynamics.
- AI-native workflow (daily use of tools like Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or v0).
- Strong expertise in user research and turning insights into actionable product updates.
- Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA to meet hybrid office requirements.
