What you will do

• Provide proficient clinical support to veterinarians during examinations and procedures.
• Operate medical equipment including lab, radiology, anesthesia, and dental tools.
• Handle animal bodily fluids and tissues while maintaining strict cleanliness standards.
• Communicate patient updates clearly and respectfully to the clinical team.
• Manage client invoices and payments while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain controlled substance logs and assist with inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA, Lutz, FL, or Jacksonville, FL.
• Completion of an accredited veterinary assistant program preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a veterinary practice.
• Ability to lift up to 50-70 pounds frequently and perform physical tasks like standing, squatting, and kneeling.
• Strong empathy, compassion, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
