What you will do

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud Financials and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions for AR, AP, GL, Payments, and Cash Management.
• Own end-to-end financial process flows including procure-to-pay and order-to-cash, invoice creation, journal creation (including intercompany), and bank statement reconciliation/matching.
• Configure Oracle Financials components such as Flexfields, profile options, lookup codes, Workflow/BPM, and metadata definitions; maintain master and transactional data integrity.
• Set up ledger sets and Multi-Org (MOAC) structures for multi-subsidiary and multi-currency environments; prepare sample data and FBDI templates for bulk upserts.
• Create test strategies and detailed test cases, orchestrate UAT, and support validation of Oracle PL/SQL extensions, OAF personalizations, and third-party integrations.
• Maintain process documentation and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams during Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland
• 4–6 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials and/or Oracle EBS experience, including configuration for AR, AP, GL, Payments, and Cash Management.
• Experience with Oracle Payables payment processing (ACH, wire, check) and Oracle AR invoice creation and aging reports.
• Strong knowledge of financial business processes, including procure-to-pay lifecycles and customer/vendor invoice-to-payment flows.
• Familiarity with Oracle reporting and BI tools (BIP templates, OTBI, FRS, Smart View, Oracle Analytics Cloud) and Oracle Cash Management formats (BAI2, MT940, CAMT.053).
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal) and ability to overlap with US business hours.
