Salary: $103,500 - $132,300

What you will do

• Develop and enhance payments and fraud KPIs, reporting, and post-launch analysis of features and experiments.
• Write SQL queries to uncover trends, anomalies, and revenue opportunities; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards for fraud trends, payment declines, and health monitoring.
• Support fraud detection workflows, evaluate rule performance, and recommend improvements.
• Analyze payment decline drivers, support optimization initiatives like retries and account updaters.
• Communicate insights, root cause analysis, and strategies across teams to inform decisions.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years in business analytics, preferably payments and fraud.
• Strong SQL expertise with large datasets; experience building dashboards in Tableau.
• Highly analytical with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, lean environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with card-not-present (CNP) subscription payments.
• Experience with Cybersource Decision Manager or similar fraud tools.
