Salary: 88,000–132,000 PLN

What you will do
- Build, maintain, and analyze sales dashboards, KPIs, and operational scorecards.
- Monitor pipeline health, deal progression, and conversion metrics.
- Support weekly and monthly forecasting processes across regions.
- Identify revenue performance risks and opportunities.
- Document and enforce sales processes and improve CRM data quality.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Sales leadership on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting a customer-facing organization.
- 1+ years in an operations, analysis, or strategy-focused position.
- Strong analytical background with experience handling large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Solid understanding of sales metrics, pipelines, and forecasting concepts.
- Experience working with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.

- Experience in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with BI tools.
