What you will do

• Execute and optimize paid affiliate campaigns across paid social, search, and native platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize toward CPA, ROAS, and revenue goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with commerce, editorial, and affiliate teams to identify content for amplification.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and performance reporting.
• Conduct A/B testing across creative, targeting, and landing page strategies.
• Track and analyze performance using affiliate platforms and media dashboards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of paid media experience, preferably in affiliate, commerce, or performance marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns across paid social and/or search platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing toward performance KPIs.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
