What you will do

• Support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns across client accounts.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners while maintaining ongoing relationships.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare recurring reports and performance updates for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project timelines and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation and partner records.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with tracking technologies like cookies, pixels, and attribution methodologies.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms and reporting tools for data-driven decision making.
• Experience with affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, or Awin.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a remote environment.
