What you will do

• Design and implement an operational readiness model to ensure supply chain alignment at all development milestones.
• Establish a change control framework to evaluate the operational and financial impact of product revisions.
• Lead end-to-end launch readiness planning, synchronizing product timelines with manufacturing and distribution capacity.
• Manage product lifecycle and obsolescence strategies to minimize write-offs and customer disruption.
• Define business requirements for operational product data and partner with technology teams to implement them in ERP systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional tactical syncs and translate operational risks into decision-ready language for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations, product operations, or program management
• Proven track record of building governance frameworks and structured planning cadences in complex organizations
• Strong ability to translate between strategic intent and operational execution across Product, Marketing, and Operations
• Intermediate financial acumen with the ability to quantify operational risk and cost/benefit trade-offs

Nice to have

• Experience in education technology, publishing, or curriculum-based businesses
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
• Background in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or product lifecycle management
• PMP, APICS CPIM, or equivalent certification
