What you will do

• Own the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, including credit assessments, collections strategy, and billing operations.
• Lead and develop a team of two while maintaining a hands-on operational workload.
• Drive DSO reduction initiatives, manage aging, and resolve billing discrepancies across multiple revenue streams.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Accounting to align on contract terms and support deal structuring.
• Oversee SOX control frameworks and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements in NetSuite and Salesforce.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in credit, collections, billing, or order-to-cash.
• At least 3 years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven track record managing B2B AR portfolios and building credit risk frameworks.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Experience operating in a public company environment with SEC reporting implications.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to integrate AI tools into finance operations.
