TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS/EdTech): Managing the full lifecycle of enterprise client accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion with an accent on building trusted advisor relationships with senior technology leaders. Focus on interpreting data-driven health insights, mitigating churn risk, and guiding customers through successful implementations of technical learning solutions.
Location: Remote (USA). Applicants within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.
Salary: $104,000 - $130,000 USD (base + variable).

What you will do
- Drive the client engagement model to ensure mutual success and long-term value.
- Manage the full account lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure streamlined negotiation processes.
- Analyze product utilization and customer health data to provide strategic recommendations.
- Inspire customers to adopt industry best practices and successful implementation strategies.
- Forecast renewal and expansion opportunities within your assigned portfolio.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience (or 3+ years with an advanced degree).
- Proven experience in customer success, sales, professional services, or technical enablement.
- Experience supporting global enterprise customers with SaaS and on-premises solutions.
- Ability to build relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering.
- Understanding of software engineering development lifecycles and IT workflows.
