Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote with occasional travel to client sites and NYC headquarters).

Salary: $100,000–$120,000

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 15-20 enterprise accounts to drive adoption and contract renewals.
  • Serve as an expert in both the platform and Salesforce to advise clients on best practices and solutioning.
  • Lead goal-setting sessions and support implementation teams during client launches.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify at-risk accounts and develop remediation plans.
  • Coordinate internal and partner resources to drive expansion and document success stories.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction across the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, ideally with a SaaS product.
  • 7 years of experience in direct customer-facing roles.
  • Technical aptitude with intermediate Salesforce Admin tasks (flows, reports, formulas).
  • Strong aptitude for AI and new technologies.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Admin Certification.
