What you will do

• Install, convert, repair, and de-install gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Coordinate installation and service schedules in collaboration with the Department Head.
• Provide direct technical support to customers via phone or in-person visits.
• Monitor system-related issues and perform software updates as required.
• Maintain accurate monthly reporting on field issues and installation progress.
• Liaise with customer representatives regarding product performance and operational needs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Austria without visa sponsorship.
• Electronics qualifications or equivalent professional training.
• In-depth understanding of digital electronics and networking technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 110kg with assistance.
• Must be ready to travel on short notice within EMEA and hold a valid driver’s license.
