What you will do

• Install and repair hirify.global products, including safety verification and functional testing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair functions on assigned customer accounts.
• Maintain regular communication with the Regional Manager to escalate issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Document service calls, expenses, and time reports according to established procedures.
• Manage parts ordering and the return of repairable spare components.
• Promote hirify.global offerings, including maintenance agreements and professional services.

Requirements

• French: C1+ required (Bilingual)
• Associate degree in electronics technology or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in high-tech, printing, publishing, or inkjet environments.
• Strong communication, problem analysis, and judgment skills.
• Experience with remote diagnostics and customer service principles.
• Ability to work effectively without supervision and maintain a company vehicle.
