What you will do

Perform on-site servicing, repair, and installation of company products at client sites.
Provide technical support to customers regarding operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
Determine the most cost-effective repair and resolution to minimize customer downtime.
Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and serviceability issues.

Requirements

Experience in field support including system hardware, software, and networking.
Ability to diagnose mechanical and electronic system failures.
Must be based in New York, US for hybrid work attendance.
