TL;DR
Channel Senior Account Director: Developing and managing a European-focused agent sales channel program from inception to go-to-market with an accent on building new relationships with Master and Sub-Agents. Location: Must be based in the United States (Boulder, CO)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a European-focused agent sales channel program from inception.
- Generate new revenue by identifying and initiating contact with key Master and Sub-Agents.
- Assist agents in up-selling existing accounts and acquiring new business through active prospecting.
- Provide proposals and support agents throughout the entire sales process.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to secure long-term commitments.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and forecasts using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of experience in solution selling into large accounts.
- 5+ years of experience within Channel Sales.
- Existing relationships with key Master and Sub-Agents within the Northeast United States.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of the strategic selling process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in Healthcare, Education, or State/Local Government sectors.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
