TL;DR

Technical Sales Development Program (TSDP): Prepare for a career in technical sales as an Account Manager (AM) or Sales Engineer (SE) with an accent on consultative customer engagement and designing networks. Focus on prospecting, solving customer problems, and owning the end-to-end sales cycle through hands-on training and deep dives into product portfolios.

Salary: $74,000 + 25% Target Commission

What you will do

  • Complete a 24-month, classroom-based and hands-on Technical Sales Development Program based in Atlanta, GA.
  • Train for either Account Manager (AM) or Sales Engineer (SE) roles, strengthening customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop consultative technical selling skills, including designing networks and supporting sales and profitability within accounts.
  • Learn and apply prospecting, problem-solving, and what excellent customer service looks like.
  • Conduct deep dives into product portfolios, customer landscape, network/engineering design, and the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Field Service, Technical Support, Professional Services, and Program Management during training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.

Nice to have

  • Prior technical and/or sales co-op/work experience.

Hiring process
