TL;DR

Manager, Sales Development Representatives (Cybersecurity): Managing a team of SDRs to drive lead qualification and pipeline generation with an accent on outbound prospecting and cross-functional alignment. Location: Must be based in Dallas, Texas; hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days per week. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Salary: $91,700 – $152,600 (plus target commissions)

What you will do

  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to drive Americas pipeline strategy and new-logo development.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed SDR team to ensure consistent performance.
  • Oversee inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to execute targeted campaigns and strategic call-downs.
  • Enhance SDR workflows and system efficiency within Salesforce.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members through regular performance coaching.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, including direct sales development or inside sales roles.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Dallas, Texas office 3 days per week.
  • Proven experience in high-volume, phone-based lead generation.
  • Understanding of the IT channel and experience with technical products.
  • Experience leading teams across different regions and time zones is a plus.
