Salary: $91,700 – $152,600 (plus target commissions)

What you will do
- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to drive Americas pipeline strategy and new-logo development.
- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed SDR team to ensure consistent performance.
- Oversee inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting activities.
- Collaborate with marketing managers to execute targeted campaigns and strategic call-downs.
- Enhance SDR workflows and system efficiency within Salesforce.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members through regular performance coaching.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience, including direct sales development or inside sales roles.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Dallas, Texas office 3 days per week.
- Proven experience in high-volume, phone-based lead generation.
- Understanding of the IT channel and experience with technical products.
- Experience leading teams across different regions and time zones is a plus.
