What you will do

• Lead multiple assurance and advisory engagements as Auditor in Charge from planning to reporting.
• Perform risk assessments and execute audit programs aligned with frameworks like COSO.
• Test the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, including SOX compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of staff and senior auditors.
• Collaborate with IT auditors to develop integrated audit approaches.
• Promote continuous improvement in audit methodology, including the use of AI and data analytics.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of internal or external auditing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Professional designation such as CPA or CIA.
• Strong knowledge of control and risk frameworks and Global Internal Audit Standards.
• Demonstrated project management experience and ability to supervise others.
• Must be based in the US to support a geographically dispersed organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with AuditBoard, ACL, PowerBI, Access, and SQL.
• Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
