What you will do
- Execute cold outreach and respond to warm leads via phone, email, and social media.
- Identify and cultivate new prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage with C-level executives at mid-sized to large businesses.
- Collaborate with field Territory Managers to deliver qualified leads and conduct market research.
- Maintain accurate data records within the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly scorecard metrics including scheduled calls and qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish or Finnish language required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to articulate company value propositions, products, and services.
- Proven track record in achieving sales quota goals.
- Desire to grow into future leadership roles.
- Experience in telephone sales or solution selling within the software industry is preferred.
