TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying and generating new business opportunities by booking outbound meetings and engaging with C-suite decision-makers with an accent on lead qualification and pipeline management. Location: Office-based in London (initial training 5 days/week, later 4 days/week)

What you will do
- Generate business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and independent research.
- Engage with C-suite and Director-level prospects to communicate product value.
- Conduct discovery conversations to evaluate prospect pain points and qualify leads.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce to ensure seamless transition to the sales team.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to convert opportunities into qualified leads.
- Proactively learn new tools and strategies to enhance sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and performance expectations.
- Must be based in London for an office-based role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating value to prospects.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and high emotional intelligence to handle challenging situations.
- Adaptability and agility to succeed in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
