TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying and generating new business opportunities by booking outbound meetings and engaging with C-suite decision-makers with an accent on lead qualification and pipeline management. Focus on cold outreach, conducting discovery conversations, and optimizing the sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Location: Office-based in London (initial training 5 days/week, later 4 days/week)

What you will do

  • Generate business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and independent research.
  • Engage with C-suite and Director-level prospects to communicate product value.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to evaluate prospect pain points and qualify leads.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce to ensure seamless transition to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to convert opportunities into qualified leads.
  • Proactively learn new tools and strategies to enhance sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and performance expectations.
  • Must be based in London for an office-based role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating value to prospects.
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and high emotional intelligence to handle challenging situations.
  • Adaptability and agility to succeed in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
