What you will do

  • Drive significant new business growth within the SMB segment while maintaining consistent quarterly performance.
  • Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team of 10+ SMB sales professionals across North America.
  • Own the full-funnel revenue architecture, from lead generation to closed-won deals.
  • Implement behavior-based coaching and SPIN-based discovery frameworks to increase win rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to eliminate friction in the buyer journey.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide executive-level reporting on business performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience with a proven track record of scaling revenue.
  • 3+ years of experience managing SMB/Mid-Market sales teams of 10+ sellers.
  • Mastery of SPIN Selling and behavior-based coaching methodologies.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline math models and manage capacity planning.
  • Must be based in the United States to align with the team and operational requirements.

  • Experience leading SMB sales in vertical SaaS or marketplace environments.
  • Background in PE-backed or high-growth companies preparing for exit.
  • History of developing future sales leaders from within the team.
  • Passion for the fitness and wellness industry.
