What you will do
- Drive significant new business growth within the SMB segment while maintaining consistent quarterly performance.
- Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team of 10+ SMB sales professionals across North America.
- Own the full-funnel revenue architecture, from lead generation to closed-won deals.
- Implement behavior-based coaching and SPIN-based discovery frameworks to increase win rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to eliminate friction in the buyer journey.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide executive-level reporting on business performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience with a proven track record of scaling revenue.
- 3+ years of experience managing SMB/Mid-Market sales teams of 10+ sellers.
- Mastery of SPIN Selling and behavior-based coaching methodologies.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline math models and manage capacity planning.
- Must be based in the United States to align with the team and operational requirements.

- Background in PE-backed or high-growth companies preparing for exit.
- History of developing future sales leaders from within the team.
