What you will do

  • Partner with five ExCo members to develop and execute people strategies that accelerate business performance.
  • Provide strategic leadership for Employee Relations (ER) and Policy across the Group, ensuring legal compliance and consistent practice.
  • Lead organizational design initiatives and change management for major transformation programs.
  • Implement performance frameworks to drive accountability and a high-performance culture.
  • Lead and develop a team of five HR professionals, including HRBPs and ER specialists.
  • Execute talent strategies and succession planning for critical leadership roles.

Requirements

  • Significant HR leadership experience partnering at the C-suite/executive level in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep expertise in building high-performance cultures and managing underperformance.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law is required.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale organizational transformation and change programs.
  • Experience overseeing ER functions and managing complex high-risk cases.
  • Experience in financial services or fintech is highly desirable.
