Location: Must be based in Seattle, Washington, with a hybrid work schedule requiring 4 days per week in the office.
Salary: $200,000–$225,000 per year.

What you will do
- Partner with Managing Directors to execute strategic plans with major investment consultants.
- Engage research teams to secure buy ratings, OCIO platform allocations, and new institutional mandates.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with consultant research staff, leadership, and operational due diligence teams.
- Collaborate with investment teams to align research agendas, RFP responses, and industry trends.
- Represent the voice of consultants internally to elevate shared knowledge and institutional value.
- Partner with the Taft Hartley sales team to support business development and client service efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with institutional consultants or clients.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
- Exceptional investment acumen in manager due diligence, portfolio analytics, and capital markets.
- Proven history of consultative, client-centric sales processes.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Strong network of relationships with top consultant firms and Taft Hartley plan sponsors preferred.
