Salary: $200,000–$225,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with Managing Directors to execute strategic plans with major investment consultants.
• Engage research teams to secure buy ratings, OCIO platform allocations, and new institutional mandates.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with consultant research staff, leadership, and operational due diligence teams.
• Collaborate with investment teams to align research agendas, RFP responses, and industry trends.
• Represent the voice of consultants internally to elevate shared knowledge and institutional value.
• Partner with the Taft Hartley sales team to support business development and client service efforts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with institutional consultants or clients.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Exceptional investment acumen in manager due diligence, portfolio analytics, and capital markets.
• Proven history of consultative, client-centric sales processes.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Strong network of relationships with top consultant firms and Taft Hartley plan sponsors preferred.
