Compensation: $304,000–$486,000 (Santa Monica range; varies by location).

What you will do

• Own the company-wide AI roadmap, prioritizing use cases based on business impact and scalability.
• Drive the deployment of AI agents within Pharma Direct to automate patient-program matching and ROI intelligence.
• Partner with Engineering and Data leadership to set business-driven requirements for AI platform evolution.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to deploy AI solutions across sales, finance, legal, and customer support.
• Establish AI governance standards, including hallucination monitoring, bias detection, and HIPAA/FTC compliance.
• Represent the company in executive forums regarding AI maturity and enterprise progress.

Requirements

• Deep technical fluency in modern AI/ML, including transformer architectures, vector databases, and agent orchestration.
• Proven track record of owning and driving AI from concept to production across multiple business domains.
• Exceptional enterprise leadership and cross-functional influence to drive adoption without direct team ownership.
• Experience with compliance, privacy, and trust considerations in regulated industries like healthcare or finance.
• Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to CEOs and Board-level stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
