What you will do

• Define and execute the AI software engineering strategy for the Platform Quality Engineering organization.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions to enhance testing, defect prediction, and platform performance.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams of software, AI, and quality engineers.
• Establish governance for AI usage, model quality, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership to align AI initiatives with enterprise technology priorities.
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices across CI/CD, observability, and platform automation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software, platform, or quality engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading large engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Proven expertise in building and implementing AI/ML-driven solutions in software engineering or testing environments.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and platform scalability.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and capable of operating within US-based enterprise standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI, NLP, or predictive analytics in software development.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
