What you will do

• Design, train, and evaluate deep learning and GenAI models to drive core product features.
• Build and maintain robust ML pipelines for continuous training and real-time inference using MLOps frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into microservices with high availability.
• Architect scalable data pipelines for processing and vectorizing massive datasets.
• Implement evaluation frameworks for model alignment, bias mitigation, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 6+ years of experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production environments
• Proficiency in writing high-quality Python code
• Experience building RAG-based solutions and maintaining vector databases
• Strong organizational skills and ability to distill complex problems into clear priorities
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have

• Experience with Protobuf, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with Java or Kotlin in production
• Experience building solutions on AWS
