What you will do
- Serve as the main point of contact for an enterprise client portfolio, managing account planning and deep client mapping.
- Partner with Account Executives to lead the RFP process, proposals, multi-channel media plans, and client presentations.
- Drive feature and channel up-sells, identify expansion opportunities, and build tools/procedures/reports to improve service efficiency.
- Design unique campaign strategies in the platform and ensure campaign success through regular KPI-focused reporting and optimizations.
- Set up/traffic campaigns on the DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.
- Analyze performance regularly to optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities; attend in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs, and training.
Requirements
- Extensive real-time bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP and ad network).
- Proven success managing client relationships and upselling to unlock new revenue streams.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets (e.g., $10M+).
- Experience with the RFP process, including building proposals and multi-channel media plans and presenting concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong measurement, attribution, incrementality, and conversion-journey storytelling experience.
- Ability to travel to meet clients within their region.
