Location: Remote or hybrid (offices in Poland: Katowice, Poznań, Gdansk, Warsaw, Cracow, Wroclaw, Bialystok). Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

What you will do

  • Cultivate and expand trusted executive relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Account Development Plans to identify white space and accelerate growth.
  • Drive high-impact client engagements including QBRs, innovation workshops, and governance meetings.
  • Manage commercial negotiations, contract extensions, and renewals in alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure project delivery quality and value realization through active collaboration with technical teams.
  • Monitor account performance, revenue forecasts, and ensure consistent communication across all levels.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of generating $3M–$5M+ in annual net-new services revenue.
  • Strong experience in B2B client-facing roles within IT, data, AI, or digital transformation consulting.
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for client engagements and team initiatives.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ownership over pipelines and account strategy.

Nice to have

  • Professional background in AI, data engineering, analytics, or cloud-based solution sales.
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement and complex contracting processes.
  • Proficiency in German or other additional languages.
