What you will do
- Cultivate and expand trusted executive relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Account Development Plans to identify white space and accelerate growth.
- Drive high-impact client engagements including QBRs, innovation workshops, and governance meetings.
- Manage commercial negotiations, contract extensions, and renewals in alignment with business goals.
- Ensure project delivery quality and value realization through active collaboration with technical teams.
- Monitor account performance, revenue forecasts, and ensure consistent communication across all levels.
Requirements
- Proven track record of generating $3M–$5M+ in annual net-new services revenue.
- Strong experience in B2B client-facing roles within IT, data, AI, or digital transformation consulting.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for client engagements and team initiatives.
- Strong commercial mindset with ownership over pipelines and account strategy.
Nice to have
- Professional background in AI, data engineering, analytics, or cloud-based solution sales.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement and complex contracting processes.
- Proficiency in German or other additional languages.
