What you will do

• Lead and support a team of technicians in maintenance activities for solar PV, BESS, and substations.
• Enforce safety standards, report incidents, and stop unsafe work practices.
• Coordinate and manage contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Provide performance feedback and development support to the field team.
• Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance and operational activities using CMMS.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on troubleshooting and plant improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Guayama, Puerto Rico.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with utility-scale electrical systems.
• Experience in operations and maintenance of solar PV systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards including OSHA, NFPA 70E, and LOTO.
• English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals.

Nice to have

• College degree in a related field.
• BESS experience.
• NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 certifications.
