On Time Delivery Associate: Manage production and order delivery processes to ensure a seamless client experience with an accent on client Requested Delivery Date (RDD) evaluation, proactive production/freight coordination, and resolving Estimated Completion Date (ECD) changes. Focus on scheduling orders to completion, handling change/hold/cancellation and backorders, and communicating delivery feasibility and options to Sales and Showrooms.

What you will do

• Manage production and order lifecycle with a client-first approach, including change, hold, and cancellation order management, date management, and in-production issue handling.
• Evaluate client Requested Delivery Dates (RDD) before release to Production, coordinate with Production/Freight on feasibility, and schedule approved RDD orders to meet client expectations.
• Track orders through completion and determine best next steps when changes impact the RDD (e.g., ECD change, freight), then communicate the plan to the Showroom.
• Manage Priority orders (late MTO, multiple ECD changes, top clients, large projects) by monitoring Estimated Completion Dates and driving the best course of action.
• Communicate to Sales why an RDD cannot be met and present alternative options for the client.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer service or sales support position.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong client-first focus and communication skills.
• Strong technical skills; Microsoft Office required.
• Familiarity with small, domestic manufacturing is a plus; experience in MTO luxury goods is a plus.
