What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, products, and issue resolution.
  • Manage day-to-day order entry, processing, cancellations, and backorder tracking.
  • Perform supply chain activities including purchase order placement, expediting, and ASN error resolution.
  • Analyze product life cycles and maintain supply planning parameters.
  • Review and process warranty claims, coordinating necessary replacements or credits.
  • Document interactions and contribute to process improvements and RFI creation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Associate Degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP Certification.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or order processing.
