What you will do

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a defined book of automotive dealer accounts.
  • Manage renewal negotiations, contract execution, and retention strategies.
  • Develop and execute annual account plans to drive product adoption and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Solution Performance Managers to optimize dealership workflows across DMS, CRM, and Service products.
  • Monitor customer health, identify risks, and lead recovery efforts.
  • Travel 60–75% of the time to visit dealer sites and conduct business reviews.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in automotive SaaS, dealership technology, or automotive retail operations.
  • Strong understanding of dealership workflows including fixed ops, variable ops, CRM, and marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing a book of business with accountability for retention and expansion.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable customer recommendations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Background in dealership operations such as BDC, service lane, or sales management.
  • Experience with automotive DMS, CRM, and service scheduling platforms.
  • Familiarity with OEM programs and compliance standards.
  • Prior success using formal account planning methodologies.
