What you will do

• Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements for clients in the banking and insurance sectors.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, and stakeholder management.
• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the financial services industry.
• Develop and present compelling proposals to win new business.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants to foster a culture of excellence.
• Develop thought leadership content and represent the firm at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in financial services.
• 3-4 years of consulting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, or Corporate & Investment Banking.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
