What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects from technical definition to equipment qualification.
• Ensure project delivery against quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Define technical specifications and coordinate project activities with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee equipment validation and implementation processes.
• Manage external suppliers, including technical negotiations and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned to optimize production processes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of micromechanics, automation, and statistical tools (DoE).
• Experience in manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• English and French language proficiency required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
