What you will do

• Lead operational analysis and requirements workshops across production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Define end-to-end digital architecture including Odoo MRP/MES scope, API contracts, and IoT connectivity.
• Specify data acquisition requirements for automated assets like robotic cells and test benches.
• Oversee machine onboarding, protocol qualification, and end-to-end integration testing.
• Deploy digital work instructions and traceability systems integrated with Odoo modules.
• Implement real-time production dashboards for OEE monitoring and quality control.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing digitalization, MES/ERP implementation, or industrial IT.
• Proven ability to define system architectures and OT/IT integration flows.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including routings, BoM, and work orders.
• Professional English proficiency required.
• French language skills are a strong plus for daily on-site collaboration.
