What you will do

• Coordinate subcontracted maintenance for civil and architectural assets, including canopies and pavements.
• Manage local contractors, including requesting quotes, coordinating site access, and monitoring performance.
• Oversee equipment retrofits and manage pilot projects end-to-end from idea to rollout.
• Perform regular station inspections, document defects, and verify work quality before approving invoices.
• Collaborate with local operations and central engineering teams to improve maintainability and durability.
• Track budget deviations and maintain detailed records within maintenance ticketing systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance coordination, facility management, or construction site coordination.
• Proven background working with contractors, suppliers, or field technicians.
• Hands-on experience with outdoor infrastructure, civil engineering assets, and electrical installations.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• French (mandatory) and English (essential) proficiency.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently to stations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
