What you will do

• Support the deployment of lean tools including 5S, standardised work, and visual management.
• Participate in daily performance reviews and structured problem-solving for process non-conformances.
• Design workstation layouts, perform line balancing, and optimize internal flows.
• Maintain work instructions, manufacturing routes, and documentation for manual assembly.
• Conduct time studies and cycle analysis to support automation prioritization.
• Assist in the deployment of Odoo MES for production tracking and traceability.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Methods, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement role.
• French and English proficiency required for clear communication with operators and engineers.
• Hands-on mindset with experience on the shopfloor.
• Familiarity with lean tools such as 5S, time studies, or line balancing.
• Rigorous, data-driven approach to building KPIs and tracking performance.

Nice to have

• Experience in a ramp-up, startup, or new product introduction context.
• Familiarity with Odoo or other MES/ERP systems.
• Interest in automation and manufacturing technology trends.
