What you will do

• Design, assemble, and commission automation and robotics cells directly within the shopfloor environment.
• Integrate robotic systems, sensors, and actuators into modular stations compatible with a mixed-model assembly line.
• Manage integrators end-to-end, including defining technical requirements, RFQs, design reviews, and FAT/SAT processes.
• Own cost tracking, budget control, and lead time management for automation projects.
• Monitor cell performance post-deployment and drive OEE improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience, including hands-on internships and academic projects.
• Practical experience with industrial and collaborative robots (e.g., Universal Robots, Doosan, FANUC, or KUKA).
• Working knowledge of PLCs, specifically Siemens TIA Portal/S7 and associated architectures.
• Good communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work on-site at the Wissous facility.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with vision systems, force/torque sensing, or automated quality inspection.
• Understanding of OEE metrics and lean manufacturing principles.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 tools such as digital twins, IoT, or predictive maintenance.
