What you will do

  • Manage and direct a team of sales and service professionals across multiple districts.
  • Create and execute growth and retention strategies for the assigned region.
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasting and revenue predictions.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and prospective clients to gain business insights.
  • Hire, coach, and mentor team members, including frequent field visits.
  • Drive a client-first mentality and foster collaboration within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in legal, tax, or government affairs industries.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
  • Proven experience with full customer lifecycle and strategic selling methodologies.
  • Ability to write comprehensive business plans and utilize office productivity technology.
  • Ability to travel out of town on a frequent basis.
