What you will do

• Provide strategic Employee Relations support, coaching, and partnership to all levels of the organization.
• Drive a high-performance culture by managing performance improvement plans and coaching managers on feedback delivery.
• Triage ER issues and provide guidance based on current law, regulations, company policies, and culture.
• Conduct fair and impartial workplace investigations across a wide range of employee concerns.
• Partner with Global People Team Business Partners, Legal, and Compliance on global strategy and organizational design.
• Ensure strict governance and fair application of employment laws and HR policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience responding to employee relations concerns in an HR environment.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in conducting workplace investigations.
• Must be located within Pacific Time Zones to support regional offices.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming or tech industry, or working with creative groups.
• Certification in workplace investigations or membership in a professional workplace investigators association.
