What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of the product operations departmental business plan and strategy.
• Manage product operations and training teams to ensure successful integration of initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee the launch of new products, features, and services while evolving rollout approaches to meet business needs.
• Define and manage knowledge base content and delivery strategies to improve client access to information.
• Lead and develop the UX research function to inform product design and client experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Sales, and Marketing to drive product adoption and client engagement.

Requirements

• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• Minimum 5-7+ years of related experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in managing people, product rollouts, and process improvement.
• Strong background in building training materials and delivering effective training programs.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and defining analytics to measure product adoption.
• Deep understanding of the Canadian brokerage industry and regulatory obligations.
