Director Product Operations and Enablement (Fintech)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at the Toronto office; current work authorization for Canada is required. The role will move from 483 Bay Street in Toronto to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway approximately in late 2026.

What you will do

• Lead the product operations and training business plan, strategy, and initiatives.
• Manage product operations and training teams while launching and driving adoption of new products, features, and services.
• Develop product rollout, client engagement, training, and knowledge-base strategies across the product life cycle.
• Collaborate with Technology, Strategic Account Management, Client Support, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Manage operational risks, identify process and control improvements, and represent Product in high-value prospect meetings.
• Lead and develop the UX research function and coach team members toward measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of related experience in financial services.
• Experience with user workshops, client focus groups, customer experience, and product, process, or service rollouts.
• Experience managing people, building and delivering training materials, and working with Agile development.
• Experience defining analytics to measure product adoption and brokerage experience.
• Knowledge of clearing-firm regulatory obligations, the Canadian brokerage industry, brokerage operations, and technology impacts on the market.
• Strong organization, communication, presentation, collaboration, influencing, accountability, leadership, and coaching skills.
