Salary: CA$82,300 – CA$124,000/year (Base), OTE: CA$95,000 – CA$142,000/year

What you will do

• Lead the design, build, and administration of the hirify.global PRM tool using standard and custom Salesforce components.
• Optimize portal performance, scalability, and user adoption to ensure an exceptional partner experience.
• Design and implement secure integrations between the PRM and core Salesforce products like Sales and Service Cloud.
• Manage core Salesforce platform security, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Implement platform automation using Flows and Approval Processes to streamline business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration with a focus on Experience Cloud and PRM.
• Deep understanding of site configuration, branding, data visibility, and external user security.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce platform configuration, including roles, profiles, and sharing models.
• Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and Approval Processes.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.

Nice to have

• Experience Cloud Consultant or Advanced Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM).
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Familiarity with identity management solutions like SSO and OAuth.
