Location: Remote (Hybrid). Must be a U.S. Citizen; may be required to be on-site 2-3 times a week at approved client facilities.

Salary: $89,000 – $140,000

What you will do

• Develop and configure custom Salesforce Lightning Web components, OmniScripts, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures.
• Build custom Apex triggers, classes, and controllers to extend platform functionality.
• Configure Salesforce Flow automations, page layouts, and record types to optimize business processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and Mulesoft.
• Manage Salesforce Service Cloud features and Experience Cloud (Communities) for partner collaboration.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights on service metrics.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and customer-facing environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Proven experience with Agile development and the Atlassian product suite.
• Compliance with DoD 8140 requirements for WRC 621 (Software Developer).
