What you will do

• Develop and document LWC, Apex, and Visualforce components within the Salesforce platform.
• Build and configure Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, and Marketo event management tools.
• Lead the definition and estimation of project work packages, including design and implementation plans.
• Perform unit testing and collaborate with IS and business teams to ensure error-free deployments.
• Participate in rotating on-call support for CRM and Marketing applications.
• Proactively promote enhancements to departmental processes and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• 2+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, specifically backend solutions (Apex, APIs) and system integration.
• Experience developing in Java and working with Web Services.
• Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Marketo (smart campaigns, webhooks, administration).
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Financial Cloud development.
• Development experience with REST Web Services.
• Background in the Mutual Funds industry.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification.
