Staff Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud): Serving as a technical anchor for the Salesforce platform, owning solution design, development, and platform strategy across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA or Houston, TX (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own solution design, development, and platform strategy for Sales Cloud and the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.
  • Build scalable, high-performing solutions across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Design and support complex integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems like ERP and billing.
  • Lead technical design discussions and mentor team members on best practices.
  • Define and enforce DevOps and governance standards to ensure platform quality and consistency.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and IT to drive revenue operations.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience building and scaling Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, including core objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Forecasting.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and APIs.
  • Experience designing and supporting complex integrations using middleware tools like Workato or MuleSoft.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into well-architected, scalable solutions.
  • Experience working within structured Salesforce DevOps environments, including CI/CD and release management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Quote-to-Cash processes, including CPQ or CLM platforms.
  • Prior experience with hirify.global products.
  • Strong architectural perspective balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability.
