What you will do

• Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools.
• Collaborate with operations leads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement complex workflows, process automation, and data validation rules.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and quality assurance to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, CO and able to work in the office 3 days a week.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Comfortable using AI development tools like Cursor or Copilot.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD processes.
