What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Manage daily Workday (HRIS) administration, including processing employment changes and running data audits.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, facilitating orientation and coordinating with L&D.
  • Administer benefits programs, health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements through automation and optimized workflows.
  • Develop and standardize internal HR policies to ensure legal compliance and consistent application.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Must be located in or able to work in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI tools or building automations in HR workflows.
  • Background in benefits administration and familiarity with health and welfare plans.
