What you will do

• Coordinate requisition and purchase order activities, including intake, validation, documentation, and approvals.
• Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
• Process and audit daily procurement transactions, business expenses, and employee travel and expense (T&E) reports.
• Maintain procurement policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for stakeholders.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support month-end accrual and accounts payable activities.
• Generate routine reports and perform procurement-related data analysis and recordkeeping.

Requirements

• Business Degree.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in procurement.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Proficiency with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proficiency with COUPA and Concur.
• Familiarity with SAP S4Hana.
